Our Fun Fair would not be possible without the many helping hands and we’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help before, during and after the event. Whether you can assist at any of our booths, the inflatable attractions, or with setup or cleanup, your time and energy will make a huge difference.
See below for shift times and descriptions. We encourage each MES family to sign up for at least one shift. Team up with a friend or family member to double the fun!

VOLUNTEER INCENTIVE: All MES parents/guardians volunteering for a shift will be entered into a drawing for a valuable free VIP parking stall at the Fun Fair (worth $150)! (Note: Only volunteers signed up before the original October 23 deadline were eligible for this giveaway.)
In addition, all volunteers can earn a stamp on the MES PTO’s new Volunteer Pledge Cards. Turn in completed cards to be entered into a raffle. The more you volunteer, the more stamps you can earn. Pick up a Volunteer Pledge Card at your next shift.
