Start cleaning out those closets and help fill our Fun Fair Country Store and Keiki Korner booths with your donations. We are also in need of your homemade desserts for our popular Bake Sale as well as drinks and snack-size chips to sell at our PTO Booth.
All donations can be dropped off curbside in our Main Parking Lot in November. See below for more details.
COUNTRY STORE
Get ready for something new and exciting at this year’s Fun Fair — our very first Country Store! We’re on the lookout for unique and special donations:
- potted plants
- handcrafted treasures
- brand-new merchandise
- brand-new accessories
KEIKI KORNER
Our Keiki Korner white elephant booth, run by our Grade 3 classes, needs your new or gently-used items! Please consider donating the following:
- children’s toys, games and books
- stuffed animals
- sporting goods
- school and art supplies
- backpacks and bags
- small household items
Keiki Korner is NOT accepting clothing, shoes, or large furniture and appliances.
BAKE SALE
Got a favorite family recipe? We’d love to have your tasty treats at our Bake Sale! We’re looking for your homemade cakes, cookies, mochi, bread, party mix, brownies, pretzels — anything that brings a little joy in every bite. Plus, every donation entry will be placed in a drawing to win a gift basket!

Donation Details:
- No pricing needed; items will be priced by the Bake Sale Committee
- Securely individually wrap, bag or package all items (Ziploc bag, plastic bag with twist tie, etc.)
- Label (on each item) the name of the baked good and any major allergens (tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, soy, sesame, shellfish, fish, etc.)
- No refrigerated items
- MES is a peanut-free school; please refrain from using any peanut products
gENERAL DONATIONS
We need your help to keep the good times flowing. Along with the below drink donations, we are also requesting boxes of snack-size chips as well as gift cards for prizes or other raffle items. Monetary donations are also much appreciated.
Specific drink types requested:
- 50 cases of water (standard 16.9 oz size)
- 50 cases Coke
- 50 cases of canned juice (Aloha Maid or Hawaiian Sun)
- 40 cases of Diet Coke
- 40 cases of Sprite
