The MES Fun Fair on November 21 is next month, and pre-orders are now open for scrips and wristbands! Lock in those bonus scrips and skip the lines by ordering early and saving big.

Fun Fair Scrips: Scrips are your ticket to most of the fair’s biggest activities: inflatables, rides, grade-level games and booths, Keiki Korner, Bake Sale, Plant Sale and the PTO, Leo Club and Cub Scout booths. Scrips cannot be used at food trucks, craft booths and the Silent Auction. Each scrip is worth $1, and bonus scrips are only available with pre-order bundles:

$2.00 in bonus scrip for purchases $60+
$5.00 in bonus scrip for purchases $100+
$15.00 in bonus scrip for purchases $200+

Fun Fair Wristbands: Wristbands are the ultimate convenience for kids who want unlimited access to all inflatables and rides. Pre-order your wristband for $40 ($45 at the door), and skip paying individual scrips for every attraction (between 4 and 7 scrips each). Wristbands let kids bounce and ride as much as they want, freeing up your scrips for games and snacks.

Pre-Orders: All t-shirt orders must be in by October 15. All scrip and wristband pre-orders must be in by November 3. Head to www.moanaluapto.org/mesfunfair to purchase today.

Fun Fair VIP Parking: Looking to avoid the hassle of finding limited street parking on Fun Fair night? We have 10 stalls in the main MES Parking Lot available for purchase. You can now bid on a stall with bids starting at $100. All proceeds will go toward funding MES student activities and programs.

The MES Fun Fair is our biggest event of the year, and we can’t pull it off without YOU! Whether you love games, helping behind the scenes or just want to be part of the action and community fun, there’s no better time to step up and join the team. Your time and energy make all the difference in creating unforgettable memories for our kids — and volunteering lets you build connections with other families along the way!

BONUS: All MES parents/guardians who sign up by October 29 for at least one shift will be entered to win a VIP Parking Stall in the MES Main Parking Lot on Fun Fair night!

Volunteer shifts are available the day before the event, throughout the day on Fun Fair and for post-event cleanup.

Fun Fair T-Shirts: Friendly reminder that the deadline to pre-order the 2025 Fun Fair T-shirts is October 15. Shirts will not be available for sale at the Fun Fair. Each year the design changes, so you’ll want to be sure to grab yours. Plus, you can wear them on Moanalua Mondays as a bonus!

Foodland Give Aloha (September 1-30, 2025)
Maika’i Members can make a donation up to $249 at any Foodland, Foodland Farms, and Sack N Save, and Foodland will match a portion of your donation.
Enter our Mahalo raffle by submitting a copy of your receipt showing your donation to Moanalua Elementary School PTO to https://forms.gle/Wz5qNQv9qx2CAe1Q9 by October 1.

Gift Card Fundraiser (September 17-October 3, 2025)
Order online at bit.ly/MESPTO25FALL or via the paper order form sent home in student folders. (Additional forms are also available in the MES Office.)
In addition, for each CarWash808 Diamond Car Wash purchased by a MES 6th grader, MES PTO will donate 50% of the proceeds back to 6th grade to help support their Camp Erdman and Papaola Kuola field trips.

Habilitat Christmas Tree Fundraiser (until October 31, 2025)
Order your Christmas trees or wreaths through Habilitat at HawaiiChristmasTrees.com and specify Moanalua Elementary School at check out so we get a portion of the proceeds.

We need your support! Monies raised from MES PTO fundraisers go toward helping support programs such as classroom stipends for teachers, field trip stipends for students, and family engagement events.
