Volunteers Needed!

We are actively seeking volunteers for these upcoming MES and MES PTO activities:

MES Scholastic Book Fair (10/28-11/1): bit.ly/MESfall24books. Help students with selecting books and checking out.

Fun Fair Donation Drop-off (11/1-11/15, 11/25): bit.ly/4dGpL1n. Help with our curbside donation drop-off collection and getting leftover items ready for pick-up following Fun Fair.

Fun Fair (11/21-11/23): bit.ly/3TAIxQd. We need all hands on deck to make our Fun Fair a success. Sign-up by 10/23, to be entered into our VIP Parking raffle for a coveted Fun Fair parking spot worth $150!

In addition, we’re thrilled to introduce our brand-new PTO Volunteer Pledge Card, designed to make volunteering even more fun and rewarding! Your involvement as a PTO volunteer is vital to the success of our initiatives, and can have a direct positive impact on your child’s experience at school.

By participating in our Volunteer Pledge program, you will earn stamps for each PTO event you help out with. Complete all three stamps on your card, and you’ll be entered into our exciting raffle prize giveaways throughout the year! And thereโ€™s more โ€” become a committee chair for any event and get an extra raffle entry!

Special Call for Fun Fair Volunteers! Volunteer for any two Fun Fair shifts and earn a bonus raffle entry! Your time and enthusiasm will ensure that this event is memorable and enjoyable for all our families.

You’re Invited to Our PTO Breakfast!

Get ready for a morning of fun, food and fellowship! Weโ€™re thrilled to invite you to our first-ever PTO Breakfast โ€” a special event where you can enjoy the first meal of the day with your child(ren) while connecting with other PTO parents and our fantastic admin staff.

Mark Your Calendar: 

Date: Wednesday, August 28
Time: 7:15 AM
Location: Cafeteria

The menu for the day is Portuguese sausage and brown rice with fresh fruit OR cereal with toast and jelly. Plus, milk and juice โ€” or you’re welcome to bring your own coffee!

Reserve Your Spot: To allow our cafeteria to plan accordingly and for you to have more time to enjoy your meal, please pre-pay for your breakfast at the front office before event day. Cost is $2.40 for adults (cash only, exact change). Please check in with the PTO on the morning of to pick up your receipt, which will serve as your breakfast ticket. We will have some reserved tables toward the back of the cafeteria for our gathering.
