Keiki Rainbow Run
Registration is now open for the Keiki Rainbow Run. Join us on Saturday, April 18, for a fun-filled day of movement and community at Kaka’ako Waterfront Part. Help MES earn money for new PE and playground equipment when you join the Moanalua Elementary School team. Sign-up online at keikirainbowrun.org

3rd Grade Jamba Juice Fundraiser

Cool off after the annual MES Aloha Run with a Jamba Juice smoothie on February 13, 2026, from 2:15–3:30 PM in the MES Courtyard. Smoothies are $6 each and proceeds support third graders’ fundraising for their 2027 Big Island field trip.

Pre-orders are encouraged and due by Thursday, February 5. Please print flyer and submit with payment to the MES Office.

DON’T FORGET! Also, if you haven’t already done so, make sure to register for FREE for the Aloha Run that will be held that morning. All classes who have 100% of students registered will get an extra 10 minutes of recess. In addition, students are also encouraged to collect donations to help raise monies for various school programs. Students who reach various donation milestones will be eligible for prizes, with additional prizes going to the top individual and grade level winners. See the Aloha Run Flyer that was sent home earlier this month for more information.

STEM Night 2026

MES Family STEM Night is back!

Join us for an exciting evening of hands-on science activities like building hovercrafts and helicopters, fingerprint forensics, and more.

Date: Thursday, Feb. 5, 2026
Time: 6–8 PM (Food pre-order pick-up from 5 PM)
Location: MES Cafeteria

Cost: $5 per student (includes supplies)

Mochiko Chicken mini bento and drink combo available for presale only ($9).
