As we bid farewell to 2023, the MES PTO Executive Board extends its heartfelt gratitude to our wonderful MES families, dedicated teachers and staff, and supportive administration for making this fall semester truly remarkable.
Your enthusiasm and participation in the various activities throughout the fall have created lasting memories and strengthened our school community. We kicked off the school year with a fantastic Welcome Back Family Movie Night in August, bringing together families for an evening of fun and connection. Our Maui Wildfire Relief Drive showcased our collective commitment to making a positive impact on our local community, and your generosity did not go unnoticed.
October brought a burst of creativity with our Fall Family Night with Pumpkin Carving and Costume Contest, where MES families showcased their artistic talents and Halloween spirit.
The highlight of the fall was definitely the return of our beloved MES Fun Fair in December. It was a joyful celebration of unity, filled with laughter, games, inflatable activities, and camaraderie. We couldn’t have asked for a more successful event, thanks to your active involvement.
As the year comes to a close, we fondly remember the Winter Family Movie Night and Picture Taking in December. The festive atmosphere, warm smiles, and shared moments (complete with hot chocolate!) created a sense of togetherness that embodies the spirit of the holiday season.
A special mahalo goes out to all the families who actively participated in our MES PTO fundraisers. Your support has allowed us to enhance the educational experience for all MES students and contribute positively to our school’s growth.
As we look forward to a new year filled with exciting opportunities and events, we want to express our gratitude once again for your unwavering support. MES is truly a community that thrives because of the collective efforts of each and every one of you.
