November 2017 RAP

This is the season to celebrate!  Christmas and the New Year are just around the corner and we have much to be thankful for.  We can be very thankful for the RAP Program.  More students participated for the month of November.  Five hundred eighty nine (589) students did their RAP (91% for the first time this school year)!  Only 57 students did not participate.  We had 8 classes who had 100%; 5 classes that had one student not participating; 3 classes that had two students not participating and 5 classes who had 3 students not participating.  Parents, please encourage your children do their their RAP during their Winter Break and let’s get 100% from each class.  November’s RAP bulletin board selectees will be posted in January when school resumes.

Classes with 100 participation:

• Grade PS/K:  Room K5 (Ms. Wong); K4 (Mrs. Muraoka)
• Grade 1:  Room A2 (Mrs. Goo); A3 (Mrs. Shiroma); A4 (Ms. Hazekamp)
• Grade 2:  Room B3 (Mrs. Imai) and B4 (Mrs. Suehiro)
• Grade 6:  Room P2 (Ms. Pontes)

Classes with 1 non-participant:

• Grade K:  Room K1 (Mrs. Teruya) and K3 (Mrs. Briggs)
• Grade 2:  Room B5 (Ms. Evans)
• Grade6:  Room P1 (Mr. Dumlao) and P3 (Mrs. Akau)

 Classes with 2 non-participants:

• Grade 3:  Room A3 (Mrs. Kiriu)
• Grade 4:  Room B10 (Mrs. Fujiwara)
• Grade 5:  Room A6 (Mrs. Isaacs)

Classes with 3 non-participants:

• Grade K:  Room K2 (Ms. Uyeda)
• Grade 1:  Room A5 (Mrs. Lau)
• Grade 4:  Room B8 (Ms. Gamiao)
• Grade 5:  Room B1 (Mrs. Chinen) and B6 (Ms. Encomienda)

The next RAP is a combination of Dec & Jan.  Due date for students is Jan 23rd.  Have a safe and joyous Holiday Season!  See you next year!!
