Family Bingo Night and MES PTO Elections – CORRECTED DATE – Thursday, May 15, 2025

Mark your calendars and join us for the final MES PTO Family Night of the year. Our crowd-favorite Family Bingo Night will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2025 (not Friday as previously announced), from 6:00 to 7:30 PM in the MES Cafeteria. This fun-filled evening will include bingo and prizes for everyone!

We’ll also be holding our election our MES PTO President and Vice Presidents for the 2025-2026 school year. All dues-paying MES PTO members are eligible to vote. Voting will take place during the event. Your participation helps shape the future of our PTO and supports meaningful programs for our MES students and staff!

Spots are limited to the first 50 families, so be sure to sign up early. Priority will be given to MES PTO members.

Meat jun bento and drink combos are available for $9.50 each. Preorder payment links will be provided on the RSVP form. Food pick-up will start at 5:30 PM.

Fall Family Night Pumpkin Carving Contest Now Open!

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all our incredible MES Surfrider families who joined us for our unforgettable Fall Family Night! We are absolutely blown away by your stunning costumes and impressive pumpkin carving talents – your creativity truly brought the spirit of the season to life!

Voting is now open! Head here to cast your vote for your favorites and let your voice be heard in this exciting competition! Spread the word and share the link with your friends and family too.

Voting will close on Saturday, November 2, 2024. Winners will be announced via our social media sites on Monday, November 4, 2024.

Join Us for Fall Family Night at Moanalua Elementary!

Mark your calendars for Tuesday, October 29, from 6 to 8 PM in the MES Cafeteria for an evening of fun, food, and festive activities.

What to Expect:

  • Pumpkin Carving & Contest: Bring your own pumpkin to carve or pre-order one for $12 (limited to 2 per family, only 40 available). Tools will be available for use for those who need them. Enter your pumpkin into our online contest!
  • Costume Contest: Show off your best student and family costumes and compete for prizes.
  • Food Fundraiser: Support the 6th grade as they raise money for their Camp and Promotion Ceremony. Pre-order food during registration and pick it up starting at 5:30 PM (cash only).
  • Scholastic Book Fair: Open from 5-6 PM for families to browse and shop.

The cost is $5 per family, with a $2 discount for MES PTO members. (Dues-paying PTO members, make sure to check your emails for the discount code!) Your ticket includes pumpkin carving tools to borrow, games, and a downloadable family photo.

FAMILY PAINTING NIGHT (3/6/2024)

Learn more about bugs with our guest entomologist, “Bug Doctor” Jennifer, and then learn how to paint your own picture of one with help from our guest artists, Tommie and April.

RSVP TODAY at bit.ly/3Pe9ZBt, as space is limited to the first 40 students to sign-up. Kits are $7 each, and include a canvas, paints, and brushes. Make sure to complete your registration by paying for your order on the link provided on the Google Form.

Don’t want to worry about dinner before the event? Nippon Bento Mini Chicken Katsu Bento and drink also available for PREORDER only.

MES PTO members, don’t forget to include your Membership Discount Code when paying for your order.
