Calling all Moanalua baseball players and families! The Moanalua Athletic Club (MAC) is excited to bring baseball back for students in grades K–6, thanks to the support of former coaches and community members.

We’ve secured the opportunity to form teams and join the Police Activity League (PAL) with a late-season start—if we can commit to two teams.

Divisions We Hope to Form:

• Mustang/Bronco Team: Grades 4–5 (and a few 6th graders as roster limits allow)
• Pinto Team: Grades 2–3
• Jr. Pinto Team: Grades K–1 (if numbers allow)

Teams are co-ed, and players must be between ages 5–12 (based on age as of January 1, 2025). Minimum of 9 players, maximum of 16 per team.

• Online Sign-Up Period: May 18 – May 25 at palmoanalua.com
• Practice Start Dates: Projected for May 27 or May 29
• Practice Schedule (Moanalua Park Field):
• Jr. Pintos & Pintos: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 3:15 – 4:45 PM
• Mustang/Broncos: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:00 – 6:30 PM
• Games: Saturday mornings from May 31 – July 26
• Location: Kalihi Valley District Park Field, 1911 Kamehameha IV Road

Registration Fee and Form: Due at the first practice.

Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week – May 5-9, 2025

We have a full week of activities planned to recognize our amazing MES teachers and staff for all they do to support our students. We are still actively seeking food and lei donations for our potluck on May 7, as well as monetary donations to help subsidize other activities.

Spring Fundraiser Distribution

Thank you to all the families who participated in our Spring Fundraiser. The funds raised will go directly back to MES students to support activities such as field trips and classroom stipends.

Just a reminder:

• In-person pick-up for gift cards will be on Thursday, May 8, from 6-8 PM during our MES PTO meeting.
• All other purchases will be sent home with students on Take-Home Tuesday, May 13.
