Get ready for a morning of fitness, fun, and community spirit! The Keiki GAR is a safe and exciting event for children ages 12 and under to stay active, promote healthy habits, and raise funds for Moanalua Elementary School.

Event Details:
Date: Saturday, February 8, 2025
Time: 7:30 AM (staggered start begins)
Location: Ala Moana Beach Park, Magic Island

Who Can Participate?

• Little Runners: Ages 4 and under
• Keiki: Ages 5-12
• Adults: Yes, parents can join in too!

Course Options by Age:

• Ages 9-12: Longest course (around Magic Island)
• Ages 7-8: Middle course (1/2 Magic Island)
• Ages 6 and under: Shortest course (1/3 Magic Island)

Cost: $25 per participant

• $15 of every registration goes back to our school! Be sure to select Moanalua Elementary School when registering.
• Each finisher will receive a T-shirt.

• Have fun while staying active and healthy.
• Raise funds for MES and support fitness programs for our keiki.

As we look back on Fall 2024, we are filled with gratitude for the amazing support from our MES PTO community. Together, we accomplished so much, from our Welcome Back events and Fall Fundraisers to the Fun Fair, Winter Family Night, and so much more. Every activity brought us closer as a community and supported the success of our students.

Raffle Alert: Everyone who attends (in-person or virtual) will be entered into a raffle for a 7-11 gift card. Plus, first-time attendees this school year will get an extra entry!

🌱 Campus Beautification Event
February 1, 2025 | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Join us to refresh our campus with activities like painting and gardening for all ages.

Once again, thank you for your continued support and generosity in 2024. Together, we raised over $30,000 to support PTO programs and engaged hundreds of volunteers in making our events a success.

We look forward to seeing you in 2025 as we continue to create meaningful experiences for our MES community!

Honolulu Museum of Art Tickets Giveaway 
We’re thrilled to announce that four lucky members will each receive a pair of one-day adult guest passes to the Honolulu Museum of Art as a token of our thanks. Entry for kamaaina adults is valued at $15; children 18 and under are free. The passes expire on November 15, 2025.

• Two winners were randomly selected from our current paid members as a thank-you for your membership.
• Two winners were randomly selected from members who have actively attended or volunteered at a PTO event this school year. We are especially appreciative of your support!

Mark your calendars for Thursday, December 12, 2024, and help support the 4th Grade’s Huaka’i to the Big Island by joining us at McDonald’s!

Event Details:
Location: McDonald’s at Salt Lake Shopping Center
Time: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

A portion of all sales during this event will go directly toward funding the Big Island Huaka’i, a meaningful educational trip for our 4th graders.

Enjoy a meal, see familiar faces, and make a difference for our keiki. Bring your family, friends, and neighbors, and let’s make this a night to remember!
