VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

It’s almost the end of the year and we’re still looking to for volunteers to help with the following MES activities next week:

MES BOOK FAIR (4/29-5/3)

Volunteers are needed for various shifts. Sign up at bit.ly/3vuB5xv

MAY DAY

Volunteers are needed to help with curbside collection of greenery donations on Wednesday 5/1, from 7:30-8 AM. Email president@moanaluapto.org if you are able to help.

MES will also need help setting up the greenery decorations for the stage on Thursday 5/2, afterschool from 2:30 PM, and with clean-up after the May Day program on Friday 5/3.

EARTH DAY 4/22/2024

Plant vegetable seeds for Earth Day

When: Monday, April 22, 2024, 2:15-2:45 PM (drop-in) or 5-5:30 PM (email sign-up only)

Where: MES Garden by the school cafeteria.

Email campus@moanaluapto.org by 4/21, if you will be coming to the 5 PM time slot.

Students are required to have an adult present.

APRIL MES PTO EVENTS

KEIKI SWAP MEET (4/6/2024)

Clean out your closets and donate your new and gently used items during our Curbside Donation Collection on 4/1-4/4, from 7:30-7:55 AM in the MES Main Parking Lot.

You can also help support our rising 4th graders fundraise for a Spring 2025 Big Island Trip by shopping at our Keiki Swap Meet on 4/6, from 9 AM to 1 PM, in the MES Cafeteria.

Volunteers are still needed to help work at the Keiki Swap Meet. Parents and students from all grades are welcome. Sign-up at bit.ly/4bRbBL0.

KEIKI SWAP MEET (4/6/2024)

Doing some Spring Cleaning this Spring Break? Donate your new and gently-used items for the upcoming Keiki Swap Meet!

The Keiki Swap Meet is open to the public – so make sure to spread the word to your family and friends! Monies raised will be used to help subsidize costs associated with the 2025 4th grade Big Island Trip. All unsold items will be donated to charity.

We are also looking to volunteers from all grade levels to help with the curbside collection of items on April 1-4, as well as at the Keiki Swap Meet. Sign-up at bit.ly/4bRbBL0 to help support our 4th graders.
